MY PARENTS LIVE ON THE MADISON/HAMILTON CO. LINE BETWEEN CO.RD. 400S & 500S, WEST OF ST. RD. 13. SOUTH OF LAPEL. THEY HAVE THE HIGH VOLTAGE WIRES COMING ACROSS THEIR PROPERTY AND ABOUT A MONTH AGO MY MOTHER WAS OUTSIDE THE HOUSE "AT 1:30 A.M." WHEN SHE SAW/HEARD A PLANE COMING LOW OVER THE WIRES "EAST TO WEST" THEN DROPPING DOWN TO TREE TOP LEVEL NEAR THEIR HOUSE, CIRCLING BACK EAST, AND REPEATING THE MANEUVER 3 MORE TIMES IN 10 MINUTE INTERVALS. RECONNASANCE ?? NIGHT PRACTICING WHILE THEY THINK WE'RE SLEEPING ??
